2005 Chevrolet SSR Air Intake System by K&N Adds 12.75 Horsepower





Infused with six liters of V-8 Corvette power, the 2005 Chevrolet SSR boulevard cruiser has some serious go power.

The muscle matches its looks with 390 horsepower at 5400 rpm. With the addition of K&N Engineering's new 63-Series intake kit (part 63-3055) 2005 Chevy SSR owners can appreciate a 12.75 horsepower gain at the wheels.

K&N Engineering developed a one of a kind carbon fiber top and base air filter that is oval shaped for the 2005 Chevrolet SSR. Under the hood clearance is minimal on the 2005 SSR, but after extensive research and development we designed a perfect sized air filter specifically designed for this vehicle. It will fit into the engine compartment while using factory holes and mounting points.
