"I am really happy that so many fans visited us in Kempten and celebrated with us for three days. The huge show programme gave the visitors the opportunity to learn more about our involvements in motor sports and in the tuning business," says managing director.

After an action-loaded day on Abt Sportsline's premises, the party was continued until the early hours of the morning in Kempten's bigBOX. On Saturday night more than 3,000 motor sport fans came to "the Allgau Race Night" which was powered by the partners Red Bull and Playboy and enjoyed a sexy sports fashion show and spectacular staging of the current DTM cars.

On Saturday afternoon the spectators experienced a moment of shock when Tom Kristensen slid into a safety fence due to the track being wet. As a precaution nine fans were examined in hospital but they were able to go home with abrasions and bruises. "We are relieved that nobody was seriously injured. As an apology we have invited all fans concerned to the DTM finals in Hockenheim," said Hans-Jurgen Abt.
