This is very much the case with the Alfa GTV, designed in collaboration with Pininfarina: a wedge-shaped line, with deep grooving along the sides, and large fenders emphasizing the car's power. The beauty of its forms, combining classic features with innovative elements, perfectly complements the car's engineering, emphasizing its function, such as the wheel arch design that increases the car's muscular feel.




Interior and Equipment

The thrill of driving becomes even more intense if it is experienced in comfort. A wrap-around dashboard and console turned towards the driver create an ergonomic space where every movement is easy, and where all the controls are simple, intuitive and within easy reach. All engine versions come with the choice of personalized Blue Style or Red Style interiors.
The Alfa GTV has six different trim levels to satisfy the most demanding driver, all of which combine sportiness and the most sumptuous elegance.


Alfa GTV 2.0 Twin Spark
Representing the perfect balance between outstanding performance and refined comfort. The lavish range of standard equipment includes an adjustable leather steering wheel, seats upholstered in super soft cloth, and 16" alloy wheels. And reliability is total thanks to the driver and passenger side airbags, ABS system, and Fire Prevention System.


Alfa GTV 3.2 V6 24V
Designed to satisfy the most demanding motorist, offering class and performance. The list of standard equipment already found on the other versions is enhanced by a 6-speed gearbox, front spoiler, red painted brake calipers, and leather upholstery. A unique personality that is sheer Alfa Romeo.




Safety

Every element of the Alfa GTV is designed for absolute safety, because safety is an integral part of sports driving. Technological and technical solutions offer the maximum active and passive safety. Features include multilink rear suspension, a fast, precise braking system and Bosch ABS with four channels and four sensors. The passenger cabin has been designed as a survival cell, with a rigid and undeformable structure, and it is protected by a reinforced bodyshell with controlled deformation zones to weaken and absorb impacts. Safety is completed by the system of airbags, Fire Prevention System (FPS), fire-retardant upholstery and a metal fuel tank placed in a position of safety.




On-board Technology

Some versions of the Alfa GTV come with the radio-navigation system with built-in CD changer developed by Blaupunkt as standard, enabling the driver to find the ideal route even on unknown roads. The car's position is located by means of the GPS system and there is a digital map of the area on CD-ROM.
