An uncontested success

Since the car's launch in 1999, 37,545 Clio Renault Sport models have been sold in Western Europe. The model has proved particularly popular in three countries, namely the United Kingdom, France and Switzerland which accounted for 72% of Clio Renault Sport sales between 1999 and the end of November 2005. With 13,011 cars registered, the United Kingdom alone accounts for at least 35% of total sales.

New Clio Renault Sport is expected to broaden the Clio range's target market, succeed in a higher number of countries in Western Europe and elsewhere, and also showcase Renault's technological expertise in the domain of sports models.
