Car enthusiasts desiring the MTV-flavor of the popular "Pimp My Ride" television show, while enhancing the overall performance of their vehicle with an affordable price tag, are likely to welcome the new Fuzion HRi tire as the next generation to the Fuzion tire line. The Fuzion HRi is being introduced by Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire, LLC (BFNT) at the (Specialty Equipment Market Association) SEMA Show today.
Launched at the 2003 SEMA show, this unique product line is designed to reach an entirely new segment of the enthusiast and tuner markets where personal style and image are reflected in their vehicles. "When we announced the Fuzion ZRi at last year's Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show, the goal was to introduce a new product line manufactured by Bridgestone Firestone which would create a 'buzz' in the 'tuner market,'" said Michael Fluck, advertising and Internet manager, BFNT.
To meet the growing demand for this new tire, the Fuzion HRi will be available in 24 sizes ranging from 14- to 17- inch with aspect ratios of 60- to 40- series. The Fuzion HRi offers consumers new options in ride, handling, performance rating, and noise reduction at an exceptional price. Now consumers can get a high performance ride experience with excellent handling in wet and dry conditions -- an H-rated tire with premium features without the premium price. The Fuzion HRi will be available to retail customers in the first half of 2005.
"The Fuzion ZRi tire has been met with tremendous enthusiasm and demand from auto enthusiasts and dealers alike. Expanding this popular tire line to reach the masses with the Fuzion HRi is our commitment to deliver additional options for consumers in the aftermarket," said Fluck.

"To support the launch of the Fuzion ZRi tire, we used neon green in our ad campaigns and marketing material to capture the attention of the enthusiast tuner. Today, neon orange, a hot color, will be synonymous with the new Fuzion HRi."
The new H-speed rated Fuzion HRi tire is engineered with the company's exclusive UNI-T technology and features an attractive asymmetrical tread pattern for great looks and superb handling.
