May 2003 - Lexus vehicles ranked highest in four of 16 segments of the 2003 JD Power and Associates Initial Quality Study SM (IQS). In addition to the LS 430, the GS 430/300, ES 300, RX 300 all ranked highest in their respective segments.

July 2003 - For the ninth consecutive year, Lexus is the top-ranked nameplate in the 2003 JD Power and Associates Vehicle Dependability Study SM (VDS). The RX 300 and ES 300 also ranked highest in their respective segments.

July 2003 - For the second year in a row, Lexus Certified Pre-Owned vehicles ranked first in Customer Satisfaction in the 2003 JD Power and Associates Used Vehicles Sales and Certification Study SM.

April 2004 - For the fourth consecutive year, Lexus is the top-ranked nameplate in the 2004 JD Power and Associates Initial Quality Study SM (IQS).

June 2004 - For the 10th consecutive year, Lexus is the top-ranked nameplate in the 2004 JD Power and Associates Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS). The RX 300, LX 470 and ES 300 also ranked highest in their respective segments.

November 2004 - Lexus is ranked the "#1 Nameplate in Sales Satisfaction in a Tie" by J.D. Power and Associates.

December 2004 - Lexus retains the best selling luxury brand title for the fifth year in a row.

May 2005 - The Lexus brand tops the JD Power and Associates IQS. The Lexus plant that builds the GS and LS 430 is again selected as the top-ranked factory for quality.

June 2005 - Lexus is the highest ranked nameplate in the JD Power and Associates Vehicle Dependability StudySM (VDS); ranks highest in Vehicle Dependability for the 11th Consecutive Year.

December 2005 - Lexus is "#1 in Customer Retention" in the JD Power and Associates Customer Retention Study.

February 2006 - Lexus.com is "Highest Ranked Automotive Manufacturer Web Site" in the JD Power and Associates Manufacturer Web Site Evaluation StudySM.

June 2006 -the LS 430 luxury sedan received the award for "Highest Ranked Large Premium Car in Initial Quality " in the JD Power and Associates IQS.

July 2006 - Lexus ranked first in JD Power and Associates' Customer Service Index (CSI) StudySM, achieving 912 out of a possible 1,000 points in the 2006 review.

August 2006 -Lexus is the top-ranking brand in vehicle dependability for a 12th consecutive year according to the JD Power and Associates 2006 Vehicle Dependability StudySM (VDS).
