Spark plug wires have two main objectives: Transfer the spark energy and suppress the Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) that the spark voltage projects. Too high of resistance decreases the spark energy, yet too low of resistance may generate too much EMI noise which will interfere with other electronics on the vehicle.

The Super Conductor Wire gives you the best of both worlds with just 50 ohms per foot of resistance through the use of a special copper conductor. This conductor is wrapped very tightly around a ferro-magnetic impregnated center core which gives the wire extremely high EMI suppression.

The Super Conductor wire is truly a high performance wire from the inside out. The outer sleeve is a combination of silicone and synthetic materials to give the wire supreme resistance against heat, chemicals, abrasion and terminal pull-off. Thick boots help guard against spark arcing to ground and special dual crimp terminals grip the conductor and the sleeve of the wire for a solid hold.

NEW UNIVERSAL KITS

These kits are supplied with the terminal and boot for the spark plug installed, but the distributor/coil side is left open. This way you can build your own custom set and route the wires exactly how you want. MSD supplies boots, terminals and a Mini-Stripper-Crimper Tool to help assemble the wires.
