|  |  | | Nissan Pathfinder's SE Off-Road model adds off-road style aluminum-alloy wheels, painted front springs, Rancho performance shocks, unique blue seat fabric, Hill Descent Control and Hill Start Assist, and skid plates (lower radiator, oil pan and fuel tank, and transfer case on 4WD).
Other SE Off-Road model features include dual-zone automatic temperature control, rear air conditioning with controller, adjustable pedals, digital compass, outside temperature gauge, leather steering wheel and shift knob, silver painted center cluster and "Off-Road" badge. In addition, Desert Leather is available on the Off-Road model.
The 2007 Pathfinder LE includes many of the features found on the SE Off-Road model, plus 17-inch wheels and tires, heated outside mirrors, auto headlamps, power sunroof, HomeLink system, advanced Bose audio system with eight speakers and subwoofer, steering wheel audio switches, leather-appointed 1st and 2nd row seats and door inserts, 4-way power-adjustable front passenger's seat, driver memory package (seat, mirrors and pedals), wood grain trim and supplemental front seat side-impact air bags, and roof-mounted supplemental curtain air bags for side impact and rollover protection for outboard passengers in all three rows.
A number of option packages are also offered, including the SE Comfort Package, which adds a 6-disc autochanger for 2007, SE Premium Package, Off-Road Leather Package, SE/LE Mobile Entertainment System, LE Navigation Package and Air Bag Packages. Pathfinder also offers available satellite radio with choice of XM or Sirius providers for 2007.
The Pathfinder is assembled at Nissan's award-winning Smyrna, Tennessee manufacturing facility. Engines are supplied by Nissan's nearby Decherd, Tennessee engine facility.

Pathfinder remains true to the adventure roots of the original with a powerful design featuring, three-row seating, enhanced off-road capabilities with a 4.0-liter version of the award-winning Nissan VQ-series V6 engine and a fully boxed, all-steel frame based on the full-size Armada.
For 2007, Pathfinder adds minor refinements including the convenience of newly added passenger-side auto up/down power windows with safety reverse, aux-in audio jack for mp3 player compatibility, an improved California emissions certificate (to LEV2 ULEV from LEV2 LEV) and a new exterior color - Desert Stone.
