Peugeot at the 61st Frankfurt Motor Show
Pleasure past, present and future

It's in a relaxing atmosphere combining natural materials, water and vegetation that Peugeot invites visitors to Frankfurt's 61st Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung to discover 32 models, representing its range marketed in Germany and 3 concept cars.

Featuring a cast of 9 main products and with Peugeot 407 Coupe in the leading role, the Peugeot exhibition covers a floor space of nearly 3,000 m2 and offers a true reflection of the Marque's dynamic vitality. A vitality that made its mark in the first half-year with the launch of 3 new product families: Peugeot 107, Peugeot 1007 and the new Peugeot 307.

407, the Coupe

Unveiled at the last Geneva Motor Show in the form of an "haute couture" concept car, Peugeot 407 Coupe here receives its world premiere.

A genuine four-seater with a lineage that can be traced back to the great coupes of Peugeot's history, this car has assertive and powerful sculpted lines that hold the promise of real driving pleasure. A testimony to the creativity of the Peugeot Style Centre, Peugeot 407 Coupe now tops a range that has sold more than 300,000 models in little over a year.

Drawing its inspiration from the touring car tradition, to which it owes its careful attention to detail, Peugeot 407 Coupe features materials of distinction - leather and aluminium - and high-performance engines - the V6 petrol and V6 HDi with particle emission filter (PEF), the latter appearing for the first time on Peugeot 407 range.

Concept cars: the pleasure of the future

Peugeot 20Cup: the expression of a new sportiness

With the recent commercial launches of Peugeot 107 and Peugeot 1007, Peugeot now offers a threefold response to the expectations of small car customers. Modernity and vitality for Peugeot 107, distinction and useful innovations for Peugeot 1007 and an assertive character for Peugeot 206 through its numerous versions.

With the 20Cup, Peugeot lifts a corner of the veil on its immediate future. Designed by the Peugeot Style Centre, Peugeot 20Cup reveals the aesthetic blueprint of an upcoming development of the Peugeot range. Archetypes of unalloyed dynamism and driving pleasure, these twin roadsters, with their accentuated feline style, come equipped with Peugeot's new sporting credentials. Combining the world of the motor car and that of the motorcycle to stunning effect, Peugeot 20Cup reveals an atypical architecture with a single rear wheel and a two-seater cockpit at road level.

Confirming its presence in high-level motor sport, Peugeot recently announced its commitment to competition via the Le Mans Endurance Series.

Peugeot 20Cup, in a more conventional form but drawing much of its inspiration from the vehicle exhibited at the show, will be Peugeot's basis for the development of a presence on the racing circuit.

Peugeot 20Cup benefits from an original petrol engine, the first fruit of the cooperation between PSA Peugeot Citroen and the BMW Group. This engine, which features a range of highly innovative technical solutions, develops a power of 125 kW (around 170 bhp).
