The Motrio Network
Motrio is a network aimed at independent repair and servicing aftersales professionals (MRAs), who are looking for the backing of an organization with a name, sales support, and training and public relations resources.
The network helps small and independent garages to offer their customers benchmark products and associated services in order to meet repair and maintenance needs like servicing, ignition, oil changes, brakes, shock absorbers, filtration, exhaust, camshaft driving systems, tyres.
Motrio is a multimake repair company which also offers a comprehensive range of services, from diagnostic tools, documentation, and a hotline, to special offers and credit cards.
The network is built on an accreditation contract between the primary Renault network and the aftersales professional and an agreement between the primary Renault network on one hand, and Renault and the aftersales professional on the other.
Launched in France in October 2003, Motrio now boasts over 1,200 outlets. There are also Motrio outlets in Portugal (37), Poland (20), and Argentina (53).
Renault Minute
Type of service
The rapid repair and servicing concept has been developed in the Renault dealership since 1986.
The concept focuses on routine servicing and repair operations that can completed quickly and without appointments. Renault Minute offers customers rapidly available services for frequent, routine operations like oil changes, periodic check-ups, and the replacement of parts like tyres, brakes, exhausts, batteries and climate control systems.
