A host of equipment

To offer users greater comfort in their everyday work, New Trafic LCV and New Master have many features usually found only on passenger cars:

- Automatic windscreen wipers with rain sensor.
- Automatic headlamp activation with light sensor.
- "See Me Home" headlamp function.
- Three keys as standard (for fleet and rental markets).
- Selective door/boot opening, with three-button key.
- Additional anchor points in loading area. The anchor-point load capacity on New Master rises from 500daN to 625daN.
- Carminat Navigation System II with remote display of traffic information on a 16/9 screen. Other additional equipment on New Trafic LCV (standard or optional, depending on version and country) includes the following:
- Space for second battery and extra charge power: The battery tray has been extended and fitted with a power connection to accommodate a second battery (aftersales fit, along with wiring, to meet special needs and conversion requirements). Convenient access is via a floor trap under the driver's feet. All the Trafic models now feature 760A to 850A batteries according to version, compared with 720A previously. The charge capacity of the alternator has been increased on all the diesel engines from 125A to 150A.
- Reversing radar.
- Speed limiter (available in early 2007).
- Emergency Brake Assist.
- Passenger airbag disable function, when child seat fitted.
- Additional adapter unit that can be used by coachbuilders to connect systems to the vehicle CAN and use the information it delivers (engine speed, open doors, etc.).
- Renault Anti-Intruder Device (RAID).
- An additional boiler is now available as an option in the van versions. This boiler heats up the passenger compartment more quickly in cold weather and can be used to install stationary heating systems available as aftersales options.

Other additional equipment on New Renault Master (standard or optional, depending on version and country) includes the following:
- ESP specially designed for light commercial vehicles, with load sensing unit that adjusts brake power to payload.
- Factory-fit foglamps.
- Automatic daytime lighting function.

Closely matched to customer needs

New Renault Trafic LCV is available in 13 variants, with a choice of two wheelbases (3,098 and 3,498mm), two heights (1.96 and 2.50m), two payloads (1,000 and 1,200kg) and four body types (van from 5 to 8m3, double cab, combi or "Passenger" and platform cab).

The L1H1 van (panel or semi-glazed) has a loading volume of 5m3, with a loading length of 2.41m and an interior height of 1.38m. The long version has a loading volume of 5.9m3, and 40cm additional length. The higher L1H2 and L2H2 versions (7m3 and 8m3 respectively) have a standing-room interior height of 1.91m.

H1 vans are available in double-cab versions with up to six seats and a large loading volume of up to 4m3 (on L2 version). The New Trafic LCV range also includes a refrigerated van variant based on the L1H1 model, with positive or negative refrigeration. On this innovative vehicle, even the driver gets air conditioning, thanks to the efficient electric refrigeration unit and the high-performance insulation (available in early 2007).

New Trafic is also available in Passenger

Authentique and Expression combi versions, for combined passenger / goods transport (equipped for passenger transport but easily reconfigurable for goods transport). These vehicles come in glazed or semi-glazed format, with two, three, five, six, eight or nine seats, removable benches, and a foldaway rear bench for greater flexibility.
